Account Deletion Request

How to request deletion of your PeerPort account and data

To request deletion of your PeerPort account and all associated data, email us at support@peerport.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

How to Submit Your Request

Send an email to support@peerport.app with:

  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • The email address associated with your PeerPort account

We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Account profile and personal information
  • Trip history and posted itineraries
  • Delivery requests and order history
  • Messages and conversations
  • Payment records and transaction history

Data Retention Notice

Some data may be retained for up to 90 days after your deletion request for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes. After this period, all retained data is permanently deleted.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active trips, pending deliveries, or outstanding payments must be resolved before your account can be fully deleted.
